I ordered a server, but it hasn’t shown up and I haven’t received any information!

We're very sorry that this has happened, and a few things could have occurred. 

First, we did not receive valid contact information or did not receive a payment at all.

Second, check your spam box, it's very likely to be in there. If you don't find it there check the billing center's e-mail tab. 

Third, it is a glitch in our system and you just need to create a ticket here, and we'll help you resolve it!
